Banco Ripley sought to enhance its digital ecosystem through the redesign of Ripley Cash, a mobile app for sending and receiving money. The goal was to improve usability, clarity, and accessibility, delivering a smoother, more intuitive experience aligned with the bank’s modern identity.

The app’s interface lacked clarity and organization, making it difficult for users to track transactions and send money. Additionally, the QR code feature was confusing, and the process for selecting contacts felt slow and repetitive, affecting overall usability.

We redesigned Ripley Cash with a streamlined flow and intuitive layout, improving task visibility and navigation. Through user testing and prototyping in FlutterFlow, we simplified transactions, optimized key actions like Send and Request Money, and enhanced the visual consistency of the experience.
