Build Más is a SaaS platform that empowers Spanish-speaking contractors in the U.S. to manage clients, create estimates, and generate invoices with ease. The redesign simplified and professionalized the digital experience removing friction in critical flows and making the platform more reliable, accurate, and user-friendly. This strategic MVP positions Build Más as a competitive and indispensable tool in the contractor market.

Users struggled with confusing and unreliable processes, including blank invoices, lost data, and unclear error messages. The interface lacked visual hierarchy and consistency, while editing and validation flows were misaligned with contractors’ real needs for speed and reliability. Creating estimates and invoices required long, complex steps, leading to wasted time, frustration, and a diminished perception of the product’s value.

The new experience focuses on clarity, consistency, and ease of use. With a structured layout, modern dark theme, and unified design system, every section now feels intuitive and cohesive. What once felt confusing and fragmented has become a streamlined, professional platform built for real efficiency.
The Build Más redesign was centered on delivering a clear, efficient, and professional experience tailored to the needs of contractors. By simplifying critical workflows, strengthening system reliability, and modernizing the visual design, the platform now enables users to work faster, with fewer errors, and greater confidence in every estimate and invoice. Estimate and invoice creation was reduced from 8 steps to just 3, making the process faster, more intuitive, and less error-prone.

Real-time validations and automatic data saving ensure information is accurate and never lost between steps.

Estimates and invoices now generate complete, reliable previews, allowing contractors to review and send polished documents with confidence.

A mobile-first design adapted to desktop, available in both dark and light mode, ensures usability on-site and in the office.

We analyzed existing user flows, defined clear personas, and built a high-fidelity prototype to validate each step and align the team. The result: a product that’s agile, reliable, and designed for real-life use on-site.
