


CPN Digital is a fintech platform developed to modernize financial services in Ecuador, empowering users to manage their loans, savings, and accounts through an intuitive and secure digital experience. The project focused on creating a user-centered mobile and web platform that simplifies complex banking processes, enhances financial accessibility, and promotes digital inclusion for members of one of Ecuador’s largest credit unions.

Traditional financial services in cooperatives often involve manual processes, paperwork, and limited digital access, making financial management slow and inefficient. This lack of automation, usability, and clarity led to user frustration and reduced trust in digital channels, especially among members looking for faster and simpler financial interactions.
