Project Context

CPN Digital is a fintech platform developed to modernize financial services in Ecuador, empowering users to manage their loans, savings, and accounts through an intuitive and secure digital experience. The project focused on creating a user-centered mobile and web platform that simplifies complex banking processes, enhances financial accessibility, and promotes digital inclusion for members of one of Ecuador’s largest credit unions.

Objective

Traditional financial services in cooperatives often involve manual processes, paperwork, and limited digital access, making financial management slow and inefficient. This lack of automation, usability, and clarity led to user frustration and reduced trust in digital channels, especially among members looking for faster and simpler financial interactions.

The CPN Digital project focused on designing a user-centered fintech platform that simplifies loan applications, savings management, and credit services through an intuitive and efficient digital experience. Our goal was to modernize cooperative banking by improving usability, accessibility, and speed — empowering members to manage their finances independently and enhancing their trust in digital channels. Key features include:

100% Digital Loans

We created a simplified flow for loan applications, with a fully digitized process that allows users to receive disbursements within minutes, without the need for complex paperwork or physical visits to the cooperative.

Savings Account Management

We improved the savings account interface so users can quickly and easily check their transactions and balance, providing immediate access to their financial information with a clean and organized design.
