They provide strategic guidance and personalized advocacy for clients navigating Congress, federal agencies, and the private sector. Despite their high-level influence and deep expertise in complex areas like financial services and healthcare, their digital presence did not match their professional standing.
The original website felt outdated and failed to reflect the firm’s identity as a modern, bipartisan bridge-builder in Washington. The user experience was hindered by an aging interface that didn't effectively showcase their five core services or their unique "limited-client" model. This disconnect between their physical prestige and their digital touchpoint diminished the impact of their strategic vision.
The primary objective was to execute a comprehensive digital transformation that modernized the firm’s visual identity while optimizing the user journey. The redesign aimed to create a sleek, professional environment that clearly communicates their expertise, fosters trust with potential clients, and provides seamless access to "Washington Watch" news and insights.
We implemented a strategic redesign centered on a UX Audit to identify friction points and a full Web Redesign to align with modern standards. By developing high-fidelity Prototyping and leading the Web Development phase, a clean, intuitive interface was created. The new site highlights their results-driven strategies and multicultural expertise, ensuring the firm’s digital website now reflects the same level of authority they command on Capitol Hill.
