FAQs

Is low-code only for small projects?

What if I don't like the design?

You'll see it long before it's built. We show direction early, in small pieces, so disagreements happen when they're cheap: a wrong direction caught in week one costs a conversation, the same direction caught in week six costs a rebuild. Revisions are part of the process, not billed as extras.

Who will I actually be working with?

A team of specialists, not one generalist doing everything. We're 30+ people: designers, UX researchers, developers, product managers, and AI specialists. The person who designs your site is a designer, and the person who handles your search visibility does that full time. On a project this size that difference shows.

Where are you based?

Miami, Florida. We work with clients across the United States, Latin America, and Europe, and the projects in our portfolio span six countries, but we're a US company and you'll be dealing with US business hours.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance, and how fast do you respond?

Yes, with guaranteed response times and no annual contract. If your site is down, we respond within 1 hour. For everything else, updates, fixes and small changes, we respond the same business day. You can stop any month. We'd rather keep clients because the work is good than because they signed something.

What happens after the site launches?

We watch it. Launch is when the real data starts, so for the first weeks after go-live we monitor traffic and rankings and fix what moves in the wrong direction while it's still cheap to fix. After that you can keep us on for maintenance or take it from there.

Can you move my site from one platform to another?

Yes, and we do it regularly: WordPress to Webflow, Webflow to Shopify, custom code to something your team can actually manage. A migration is a redesign with one extra rule: nothing that currently works is allowed to break. Redirects are planned before the new site is built, not patched after launch.

Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my site?

Not if the redesign is planned around them. Most traffic losses after a redesign come from three things: changed URLs with no redirects, deleted pages that were ranking, and content rewritten without knowing what it was earning. Before any design work we map which pages bring you traffic, which searches you rank for, and which URLs have links pointing at them. That map becomes a constraint on the design, not an afterthought.

Can I edit the site myself after launch?

Yes, and we design for it. Every site we build lets the people who run the business change text, swap images, and publish new pages without calling us. At launch you get a walkthrough recording, so your team has it in writing when someone new joins.

Do you only work in Webflow?

No. We work in Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom code. The name is our studio's name, not a limitation, and most of the sites we build are not in Webflow.

What's the best platform for my website?

It depends on what the site has to do, and honestly most platforms can build most sites. If you sell physical products, Shopify is usually right. If you publish often and several people edit the site, WordPress is hard to beat. If design quality and speed to launch matter most, Webflow. We build on all of them, so the recommendation you get is about your business, not about what we happen to sell.

What do you need from me to get started?

A conversation, and access to whatever exists today. If you have a website, we need to see it and its analytics. If you have brand guidelines, logos, or photography, we need those. If you have none of it, that's fine and common, we start from zero more often than not.

How long does it take?

A typical website takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. If we're also building your brand identity, add about 3 weeks before design starts. The biggest variable is not us, it's how fast you can review and approve. Projects that stall almost always stall waiting for feedback.

What's included?

Every project includes strategy, design, build, and launch. In practice: a working session to define what the site has to achieve, design of every page, the build itself, connection to the tools you already use, testing on phones, and a walkthrough so your team can run it without us. Copywriting, photography, and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately, so you only pay for the ones you actually need.

Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?

Because you deserve to know if we're in your range before you spend an hour on a call. Most agencies hide pricing to keep every lead in the funnel. We'd rather you self-select out in thirty seconds than find out in week two that we were never a fit.

How much does a website cost?

Most of our website projects fall between $5,000 and $20,000. A brochure site using your existing brand sits at the lower end. An online store, or a site where we also build the brand from scratch, sits at the higher end. You get a fixed price before any work starts, and that is the price you pay.
