Project Context

A sports recruitment platform that offers memberships for visibility before US college coaches and tournament registration services for the AJGA (American Junior Golf Association).

Objective

Users primarily used the platform for tournament registration but failed to understand the benefits of the paid membership. The lack of clarity around its value proposition resulted in low subscription rates and an underutilized recruitment feature.

Solution

Following a UX audit and user interviews, we redesigned the dashboard to center on the new API integrations. By transforming raw data into actionable insights for coaches, we created a tangible reason for players to upgrade, making the "college match" benefit the core of the user experience.

Testimonials

"Working with Webflow Atelier on our player dashboard was an outstanding experience. It felt as if they could literally read our minds; they were always one step ahead of our requirements, anticipating needs before we even voiced them. The process was incredibly agile, but what truly set them apart was the depth of their market research and user interviews. Their insights were spectacular and directly shaped a superior product. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a high-level digital product."

Previous Design

The Revamped Experience

Before this project, the platform lacked a centralized space for players. We designed the first-ever Jungle Dashboard, transforming a simple service into a professional sports management tool.

Key Features &
Improvements Implemented

Our design transformed a fragmented service into a cohesive, high-performance ecosystem. By prioritizing data hierarchy and intuitive navigation, we created a tool that not only tracks a golfer's progress but actively builds their path to US College recruitment.

Data-Driven Visibility

We integrated UpGame and Junior Golf Hub metrics (Scoring Average, Strokes Gained, PDI) into a clean, digestible layout.

The "College Match" Engine

A dedicated module that allows players to visualize their academic and athletic fit with US universities in real-time.

Monetization Strategy

By highlighting "Profile Strength" and "Membership Levels" (like the Albatros tier), the design naturally encourages users to upgrade to access premium features.

All-in-One Experience

We balanced tournament registration with exclusive partner discounts, creating a "home base" for the young golfer's career.

Creating an Intuitive and Efficient Digital Experience

The Design Process

We followed a user-centered methodology, starting with a deep UX Audit and Market Analysis. By conducting interviews with junior golfers, we identified that the lack of data visualization was the main barrier to membership conversion. This insight allowed us to bridge the gap between technical API data and a meaningful user experience.

User Flows

We mapped out a streamlined journey to ensure players could move effortlessly from tournament registration to profile optimization. The new flow prioritizes the "College Match" discovery, guiding users through their performance metrics and encouraging them to complete their profiles to increase their visibility before US coaches.

Visual Design

The visual identity was crafted to feel professional, athletic, and data-driven. We used a dark-mode aesthetic to make the vibrant green accents and performance charts pop, ensuring high readability. The layout balances dense statistical information with clean, modular cards, giving the platform a premium "Pro-Athlete" feel.

Conclusion

We successfully transformed a fragmented service into a high-performance recruitment ecosystem. By bridging the gap between complex API data and user-centric design, we didn't just build a dashboard, we created a strategic tool that empowers junior golfers and provides Jungle with a clear, scalable path to membership conversion.
