Jungle is a sports recruitment platform that helps junior golfers increase their visibility before US college coaches while also providing tournament registration through the AJGA (American Junior Golf Association). The existing website focused heavily on tournament registration but struggled to communicate the platform's broader value. Visitors had difficulty understanding how memberships, recruiting tools, and performance insights worked together, resulting in low engagement and poor conversion into paid plans.

The previous website lacked a clear information hierarchy and placed too much emphasis on registration flows while overlooking the recruiting experience. Key product benefits—including player visibility, performance analytics, and college matching—were buried within the content, making it difficult for users to understand why they should become members before registering for tournaments.

The previous website lacked a clear information hierarchy and placed too much emphasis on registration flows while overlooking the recruiting experience. Key product benefits—including player visibility, performance analytics, and college matching—were buried within the content, making it difficult for users to understand why they should become members before registering for tournaments.
We redesigned the website around the user's goals instead of the platform's features. The new experience introduces Jungle through a clear storytelling approach, highlighting the complete recruitment journey—from performance tracking to college visibility. Navigation, messaging, and CTAs were reorganized to guide users naturally toward membership while reinforcing trust through data, features, and product benefits.

The original website was primarily focused on tournament registrations, making it difficult for users to understand Jungle's broader value as a college recruitment platform. Information was fragmented, memberships lacked prominence, and the overall experience did little to guide users toward conversion.
The redesign shifted the focus from registration to recruitment. We introduced a clear information hierarchy, stronger messaging around memberships, modern visual storytelling, and intuitive navigation that highlights the platform's unique value—helping young golfers connect with college coaches and maximize their scholarship opportunities.

Repositioned the website around recruiting instead of tournament registration, making the membership benefits immediately understandable.

Reduced navigation complexity and grouped content into logical sections that improve discoverability.

Introduced strategic CTAs throughout the experience, encouraging users to explore memberships instead of only registering for tournaments.

Created dedicated sections explaining the College Match system, performance metrics, analytics, and recruiting tools.

The project began with a UX audit and competitive analysis of sports recruitment platforms. We analyzed the existing website, identified friction points, reviewed user behavior, and restructured the content hierarchy. Wireframes and prototypes were created to validate the new navigation before developing a modern visual interface focused on clarity and conversion.

The website was designed to guide users through a simple conversion journey: Discover the platform → Understand the recruiting benefits → Explore membership plans → Learn platform features → Create an account. Each page reinforces the platform's value while reducing cognitive load and unnecessary navigation steps.

The visual language combines a modern sports aesthetic with clean layouts and generous spacing. Bold typography, structured content blocks, and strategic use of visual hierarchy create an experience that feels professional, trustworthy, and easy to navigate while keeping the focus on the product's value.
The website evolved from a tournament registration portal into a strategic marketing platform that clearly communicates Jungle's recruiting ecosystem. By improving information architecture, messaging, and conversion paths, the redesign helps prospective members understand the product faster and creates a stronger foundation for long-term growth.
